I am proud to report that I ate tapioca on National Tapioca Pudding Day, with the help of my good friend, Ellie.

It was delicious.  Took some pics to share (per Ray’s request):

We ate the tapioca warm, in a bowl.  Yum!

I pretty much killed that bowl in a matter of minutes, I think.
